Information about Circulation Visa

Hello,

I will be so appreciate to guide me about my situation. I am a PhD student in France and my wife is also a PhD student in UK. We dont have European nationality (Asian). We are going to apply a Visa for my wife to visit me several times. I have heard about circulation Visa. But there is no information in the site TLS in UK, just a few information. And also, I dont see in the application form a choice for this type of Visa. Could you please let me know that we can apply for this type of Visa?

You wife should apply for a 90 day Schengen visa through the French consulate (or their agent) in the UK.
