information regarding parents immigration of Irish national

Post by HSE » Mon Mar 01, 2010 11:07 pm

Dear All,

i want to enquire about the issue of immigration for parents. I am irish citizen and i am planning to move to UK in medical field from Ireland.

What my question is that my parents(non EU nationals) who had multiple visit visas of UK in past as well, if now wants to move with me in UK then what is the most appropriate thing to do. what kind of EU rights i hold..
should i go to a lawyer to apply some application or if they come to UK via visit visa then i can apply for some stay. my dad is above 65 and mum is 63.

by the way my sister is married and in UK too with her husband so basically as their immediate relative, no one is there as we r only one bro n sister.

Thanks for your help. plz guide me in this folks.
