initial 200K into company account

Is initial 200K into company account treated as capital gain ?

a friend of mine insists 20% tax on initial 200K transfer into company account for T1E visa,
Is it true?

there is no tax on money transfer as investment !

if the money came from other activities such as trading then it is liable for taxation after deductions
