Insolvency

the care home group my friend work for in to insolvency. they got 7 care homes. she receny been given technical change to one care to the other within the group. would anyone pls tell me if a different group buy the company how will be WP status. her WP states XXX tradins as YYY. if ZZZ buy the group , do ZZZ need to inform the UKBA?

They do need to inform the Home Office, but it is usually a simple process.

See the Business and Commercial Guidance.

Also the internal caseworker guidance about technical changes of employment.
