Integra screen for spouse also?

Integra screen for spouse also?

Applying from India - just wondering if I need to fill up the Integra form for spouse too as the vfs website has a scroller saying Integra is mandatory for applicants and dependents too.

I applied recently; Integra form is to be filled up by the main applicant only. Go to the Integra website for the latest version of the verification form (its just a sigle page form).
