intending to get married a EEA national in UK Urgent

Hello, please help me if you can, i have been in a relationship for last 2years with a EEA national bt we haven't been lived together yet ! Bt we always had plan for marriage bt we were not in rush. August 2014 i applied for tier 1 entrepreneur visa what has been refused 10th of December and i haven't got any aappeal right due to initial invalidation of application however i have been suggested by UK HOME OFFICE to make a fresh application or i can switch to different categories if i wish to, so i am considering get married rather than make fresh application on same category bt as i do not have my passport with me then how can i register my marriege also fearing of any other immigration legal issue if is there any also do i need a lawyer to help me !! Please advise me briefly it will really help me or any suggestions
