International Marriage question

Hi everyone,

Needed some help with a query. I am hoping to get in married to my fiance in Pakistan in the Summer. After marriage I want to bring her back to the UK.

I have heard that from April 2008 there is a new test that needs to be taken in Pakistan for anyone wanting to come to the UK.

Does anyone have any information on this or can put me in the right direction?

Any help would be appreciated. :-)

only if you are British national and bringing your wife to UK then she has to prove her English language skills and Life in UK test.
