Interview

Dear All,

As you know according to the new changes, Tier 4 applicants may be required to attend an interview at the time of application and they may be refused due to lack of required language ability. I think it is very meaningless as according to the new rules you should have a kind of IELTS, and an organization such as ESOL Cambridge can judge your English ability much better than a ECO or UKBA Staff. By the way, if someone refuse due to an interview, how could s/he apply for Admin Review and on what basis s/he can challenge the refusal decision?

I think this new requirement is a trick to allow ECOs refuse anyone they want and there is no PBS anymore.
