They don't ask u anything at peo u don't get to see caseworker unless any issues I think the change of soc ll require rlmt unless ur previous soc is now split.
please check with guys I think rlmt will be applicable

don't worry. it will be general questions
what was your old SOC. job responsibilities ?
new SOC code.. job responsibilites. ?
why did you change to new code ?
what makes you eligible for this new SOC ? as your employer must have done RLMT so you should have answer that why your employer decided to choose you over settled workers ?
i just have one question regarding your Certificate. you said youe new salary is baed on 32 working hours and you will be paid against 3545 which is NQF level-6.
as per SOC guidance salary should be based on 39 working hours for all occupations. Please refer to guidance page-5
Good luck ?

Thanks for your replay. Well I was sales and marketing manager using 1132 soc code. but now that soc code is allocated in two section i.e. 1132 and 3545. which is sales account and business development manager 3545. It has 32500 per year for 39 hour week but my HR issued the cos with 3545 soc 26967 as 32 hr a week by prorate in 3545. but duties and responsibilities are similar they put. so m quite worried what they gonna ask and my wages also low. if HO ask the above questions, i ll be fine. so did you get done your extension??

I would say double check your weekly wages. it should be 39 hours/week and it shoud be mentioned on COS.
no i have not done my extension. its start of next year. but i all be continuing with same employer and same SOC code.
NOTE: this will be your new Tier 2 application. not an extension .
extension :when you are working for same employer and same SOC code:
New application: same employer but different SOC code (RLMT is compulsory in this case)
Good Luck
