Invalid Application

Hello,

I applied for psw visa on 27th oct 2009 and after 3 weeks i got all my documents with main application form and a letter stating that the application form is invalid because of the photographs. The reason was I attached the photographs on the first page of application form so they asked me to send the application again, but i am confused that do i have to fill the form exactly i did before or there is any changes i have to make because my visa is expired on 31st oct 2009. I am sending the new bank statement and also i have given a detailed explanation of what was wrong with the previous application. Also i have attached the letter the HO sent stating invalid application. So Please if anyone can advice me if i have to change something in the form.

i think u can use the same reference no. just to make it sure that u have applied before the expire date and the new application (dont leave any question) is just a follow up of the previous application or something like that. Either u didnot follow the photographic rule that they always follow or you stapled on the pic or there is a mark on pic or something, which 1 is it?

Hi, ive applied on the 29th oct 09,HO recieved on 30th and attached the photos with a office paper clip just on the front of all my documents, i havent heard anything yet. when did u recieve your application back??

Also when u say u attached the photos on the first page of app form, do u mean u stapled it together or something or jst used paper clips?
