Invalid Certificate of Sponsorship

Hi there. I need help with my CoS please.

My boss started the resident labour market test after my CoS was already issued. When I found out about this I asked him to re apply for another CoS for me. It turns out that he cant get me a new CoS because my details are already in the system. How does my boss go about getting a brand new CoS for me? Does he have to wait a few months?

I have all the documents and I pass the points based system. My boss made the mistake of issuing my CoS before the res. lab. market test. And I'm pretty sure my application will be refused based upon this.

Any help please?

your boss can cancel you COS anytime. if u are switching from PSW, u do not need to pass labor market test.

secondly, before u apply check ''Code of practice'' document relevant to your job title , make sure u are getting paid same or above what UKBA has explained in their document, otherwise ur application will be refused.
