invalid flr fp

To cut my story overstayer since 2004,i have a british partner been together for 6years,i have two kids 4yrs and 7months my name on their birth certificate.Applied flr fp via 10yr on
1st july 2015,23july acknowledgement letter and asking for more information as my lawyer didnt fill why he didnt send a passport,sent my expired passport my lawyer didnt even say anything about it,30th sept 2015 ihs returned to my account,1st oct 2015 HO wrote a letter about my application being invalid and was given 28days to sort it out he didnt even bother to contact until i called him on the 30th oct for an update thats when he broke the news to and tried to lie to me that he emailed,last monday i got a text from capita and on thursday a letter from them.Any advice please @ OBIE and all the moderators. I dont wanna home office coming to my house in front of my kids and detaining me

That is incompetence to the first degree.

It is difficulty to understand under what justifiable circumstances a solicitor can fail to relay matters of such importance to his client.

You need to make another application , and keep a close eye on that solicitor if you choose to proceed with him.

It is difficult to form a view that this solicitor has you best interest at heart..

Thanks @ Orbie am putting an new application on friday.Am goimg with the same lawyer as
i have paid half of the money already and he has helped two of my friends get 30months each at the start of this year.I dont know why my case was left around in his office.
