Hi,

When i applied for tier one, i showed 50k will be invested in my business from India. My extension is due next year.

Will i have to show proof that 50K investment has been sent from india? or can i use 50k available in uk as an investment?

No you dont need to show that you are getting the money from India.
You only will have to show that you transfered 50k from your personal account to your business account, and this personal account can be in India or UK Doesnt Matter.
Home Office asks for the statements of your business account in which money (50K) is coming in your name,
So verily, with every difficulty, there is relief.
