investment question

hello

in extesnion application form i was checking docs for extesnion which u have provide for extension, in the table 3a1 of application form where we have to demonstrate prove of investment do we have to provide all docs mean companies where we did investment ? see in the fallowing to give me an answer thanks http://tinypic.com/r/aw6gdy/8

HI YES YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE THE COMPANY NAME REGISTRATION NUMBER IN WHICH YOU HAVE INVESTED PLUS THE YEAR END ACCOUNTS FOR THAT COMPANY WITH SHARE CERTIFICATES OR DIRECTORS LOAN AGREEMENT WHICH EVER FORM YOU HAVE INVESTED IN ALSO WITH THE BANK ACCOUNT OF THE COMPANY SHOWING MONEY COMING IN.
IF YOU HAVE INVESTED IN TWO OR MORE COMPANIES THEN YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE ALL OF THE ABOVE FOR ALL THE COMPANIES.

thanks for ur reply but the method of investment should be in our company how u have investment it doesnt have anything to do with other company in which u r investing ! and other company accounts they are confidential coz it might contain their supplier information! u have to provide ur company accounts stating the method of investment ! i think so correct me if i am wrong

You didnt get my point by other companies i mean if you invest in an existing company which is running from before you can join it as a director and invest in it either full 50k or 200k or part of.it but its upto you and even if you have formed a new company and want to invest in it only then the money has to be transffered from your personal account into the company account and show it as share capital/ director loan in year end accounts. It doesnt matter if you invest in new or existing company you have to invest in either of them in form of share capital or director loan which the company would then spend on its expansion not necessarily all of it can spend half of it and half of it stays in company bank account till extention.by investment home office means giving your money to the company into its bank account. And then yoou cant withdraw it u less ita spent by the company no matter if it takes 5 years for the company to spend it. Its got no concern with the homeoffice..i hope you get my point now.
