Investment Question (Visa Issued Before April 2014)

Hi,

I am confused I joined an existing business as 1/3 share holding.

I paid to other 2 partners to buy share in the company is this a valid investment as rules changed after April 2014.

I need a guru to advice me on this.

you dont pay the partners you need to invest in the company in its bank account from your personal account and then the money stays in companys bank account untill spent by the business NOT the partners..
you are investing in the business not giving to the partners
