Investor Visa for a bought company

Hi All,

I am looking for some guidance, as a close relative recently took over an IT Payments company, and now looking to settle down in UK. Can you kindly point me to where further information is available on:

1. Which visa they are eligible for, and how many employees they can bring in the country
2. Any other relevant information, if they should apply themselves or seek services of a solicitor
3. Visa requirement documentation etc.
