hi apologies if this has already been asked, just couldn't find it, am a non-eea spouse of an EU national, my kids are also EU nationals, i would like to my mum to visit us, would we use family visit visa or can we go through the EEA family permit route? many thanks for all your help.

Is she dependant on you in her home country? If not, general visitor visa is the right one.

Citizenship (adults, children, passport)
EEA (EEA FP, RC, PR, Surinder Singh)
