Inviting family while my current visa is under renewal

Hi guys,

I needed your advice on the below:

My current visa is under renewal but I have a letter of extension from my employer. Can I invite my mother during this period if I'm sponsoring her? I can provide bank statements, payslips, employment letter, utility bills, etc.

Any help on this will be much appreciated! Thanks!
