Inviting parents

Hi friends,

I am British citizen, have my own house and director of my own limited company.
I am planning to invite my mother from India for a family visit.

What documents I need to submit? I read some threads on this forum and noted documents.
I have doubts on the list

Employer letter - I am self employed as mentioned above
Land lord letter and tenancy agreement - I am owner of my house

Do I need to send bank statements, payslips, utility bills all originals?

They also need to show intention to leave the UK after their visit, i.e. strong ties to their home country.
