3 recent payslips and P60/P21 for the last year would be enough

Is there any requirement for working at least six months for before applying visa and what do you think about date of certificate of my wife?

Birth certificate is not required as she is an adult now and her proof of birth is her passport.

Thanks Calvin. We have an earlier refusal of uk spouse visa for relationship requirement. Will this effect my wife irish visa application?

I would say to give a proper explanation of your previous refusal and make sure that your previous refusal reason should not be a valid refusal reason for Irish visa.

In other words you should learn from your previous mistake. One other thing i want to high light that UK and Irish Immigration very strongly share Immigration related data with each other so make sure you do not hide your UK visa refusal in your application.
