@beachboy
there should be some complications in the cases
that are delay could be convictions, fines , gaps in stamp, devorced people, dependant , aylum , could be many reasons
etc thats why they have to check

all i found after reviewing the forum that cases with complexity are getting their approval/ refusal/ or more documents requirement exactly after 3months and 2-3
weeks means 3month 20 days approx after the second stage letter

if your case is complex say you get your second stage letter today it will take them around 3 month 20 days approx to get back to you with final answer unless your stamp is expiring then they will ask you for renewed stamp or your case pending because of retentions of right etc might take longer
thats wat i got the result out of all the cases i have seen in this forum in my view
regards
hope some one agree with me

Hello,

Has anyone had this happen - what does it mean?

I sent my application on the 23rd January 2015 and
Received confirmation it was received on 27th January 2015.

Yesterday (30th March 2015) I received a letter dated 26th March 2015, asking for the following, " Please provide a new Statutory Declaration (copy enclosed). This is to enable you to meet the Statutory Residency Requirement".

I emailed citizenshipinfo@justice.ie today to ask if the original form was incorrect and they advised the following , "There was nothing wrong with the old Statutory declaration as such it's just that it was dated January. We just need a new statutory declaration with the current date."

Has anyone had this happen and what does this mean?

Thank you

(If this is the incorrect place to post, I apologise)

@ stanakines , 110 and SouthernWinds from : 2015- Citizenship Timeline Tracker

No I had no convictions, no driving offences or court hearings, nothing at all. My spouse was unemployed for some time in 2014.

There is no problem with this at all.

Just redo it and send it to them. Some time they want to look at the up to date documents.

I applied only a few days before you (Stamp 4 - Spouse of Irish National) and haven't received anything yet, only the first acknowledgement two weeks later.
