27/08/2020 - Phone call (private number) to confirm address. 01/09/2020 received passports back, as well as the payment confirmation and application number. The letter says that the application is being processed and that they will contact me in case they need any other clarification / documentation, otherwise my file will be forwarded to the minister, in which case I will hear back from them „in due course” or as soon a decision has been made:) Timeframe for a straightforward application is 12 months.

The letter that I have received today is the exact copy (word by word) of the letter I received on 27/08/2020.
