application number for stamp 4 renewal confused

Hi Everyone,

Trying to fill the application for renewal of stamp 4 online.
What is application number of the stamp you wish to renew?
" You must provide your application number in the format 1234567-ABCD-99 "

It's supposed to be on the letter from immigration, but the last letter I have received from immigration was about 15 years ago. Any help please?

Do you mean this?

It doesn't have an asterisk, which means you don't have to fill it to progress with the form. If you can't remember this/never got it, just leave it blank.
