Bringing my wife child to Ireland

Post by Ger1982 » Thu Dec 19, 2019 4:16 pm

Hi hope someone can help

I'm getting married to my Brazilian wife
I know process of her been able to obtain stamp 4
But she has a 9 year daughter who will be coming to live also

Will my step daughter get residence visa same day as my wife or do we need to apply separately. I'm not sure on procedure for dependent child

What information do we need
Tia

A minor is covered by the parents permission to stay in Ireland until they are 16. Her daughter will only need to register with Immigration on her 16th birthday. She won't have any issue entering Ireland if her mother is granted permission.
