business in ireland

Post by zaza7625 » Mon Mar 02, 2015 1:26 pm

Hi everyone.

Please enlighten me if anyone know how to start business in Ireland:

As I have read, the EEA nationals do not need a permission to set up a business in ireland
But for non EEA nationals need a permission from the minister of justice and equality and they need to apply for immigrant investment programme.
To be more brief, I have a permission here based on my irish citizen child (zambrano).
Do I still need permission to set up a business in ireland or just register as a self-employed and start business?

If anyone knows about that, please let me know.

Thank you

Hi,

As far as I know, you are eligible to be self employed on a stamp 4 permission based on Irish born child.
HoweverI suggest you double check with the dept of jobs, enterprise and innovation.

Email them at employmentpermits@djei.ie

And you could email info@justice.ie to see if the dept of justice reply to you also.

Hope this help
