Good morning guys
I did applie last night for replacement card and made a mistake and couldn't upload a utility bill while uploading other documents and submit online application. Later is realized that I forgot to upload our utility bill with application. I went through my INIS online account and clicked on additional documents slot and submitted our utility bill afterwards o received acknowledgment email with different reference number.
Will there be any problem or delay my application like that because of this ?
I have got two acknowledgement reference number just wondering which one can I use for future reference?
Any lead would be highly appreciated
Many thanks
You actually don't need to upload Utility Bill. Just Biometric Page of Applicant and UK Citizen + IRP Front and back of Applicant.

I also have 2 applications as I didn't initially upload my Passport Biometric page. Don't worry, we will be fine.

Hope it helps.
[/quote]

Nothing yet. I only emailed EUTR to combine my applications.

It shouldn't be a biggie coz techically we are not applying for a new permission. We are just exchanging our cards for a domestic one and we will benifit from Withdrawal Agreement.

I will let you know when I hear anything.

You are right
I reckon Ireland adopted such a online system Frist time in Irish history with a lot of glitchs .and they are unable to handle applications like that way.
I would appreciate If anyone could keep update on this forum
Thanks

Well technically you card is no longer valid outside Ireland. You may review the following:

Q.8 I hold a card called “Residence card of a family member of a Union
citizen” on the basis of my UK National family member, can I still travel
to Ireland without a visa after the transition period?

A. No. You will require an entry visa unless you are exempt from needing an
Irish visa on some other ground. Check if you need an Irish visa

When you receive your new IRP card, please safely dispose of your existing IRP card as it will no longer be valid.

Your entitlements to move freely and reside in other Member States of the European Union will cease to apply from 31 December 2020. From 1 January 2021, your IRP card (or if you have not yet obtained your new IRP card, your Stamp 4 EUFam Residence card) does not have visa exemption effect,

except for Ireland.

If you intend travelling to another EU Member State after that date, you will need to check the visa requirements for that Member State before you travel.

Just email INIS they will hopefully authorise ur entry into ireland atleast on old IRP Card i think. No harm asking them. Thnx

Actually, having read the wording from INIS, it sounds like that it is at least possible to travel back to Ireland with that card.
'your IRP card (or if you have not yet obtained your new IRP card, your Stamp 4 EUFam Residence card) does not have visa exemption effect, except for Ireland.'
I'd definitely ask INIS to confirm this. Contact the border management unit as they are much quicker to respond than ISD, and they are the actual frontline officers who will decide whether you are allowed into the country.

That's correct it's the same expiry date as the EU FAM card.

The wording on the card is
"issued under article 18(4) of the withdrawal agreement"

Type of permit
"Article 50 TEU"

Portal will say completed only when application is processed successfully.

Lets hope we get it next week.

Got an email today that the application has been processed:

________________

Dear x,

Re: Your application for Irish Residency Permit Card Renewal (Dublin Region), Acknowledgement Number xx, Application Date 06/01/2021.

The processing of your application has been completed and you will shortly receive your new Irish Residency Permit Card by post - (approximately 5-10 working days)..

If you have not received your IRP Card after this time, please email burghquayregoffice@justice.ie and write “No Card Received” in the subject bar.
