Hi Azeem 81,

What documents you have already send them and did they ask you bank statement for the certain period or asked you just for the statement. Do you know someone who got visa in recent days.

The EU settlement scheme is only relevant to the UK, it is not an "EU wide" route. It is relevant to the UK withdrawal agreement. Doesn't apply to Ireland.

it work for me, try to apply for UK EEA residence card before 31.12.2020. response time 45 working day. I take huge risk, lucky I am successful, I apply my case from northern Ireland. My case is pending in Ireland for 5 years. I am becoming sick in Ireland. I thought there is no point in wasting more time. please talk to any solicitor for advice in UK.

No he cannot hijack this thread with that information. His other journey has no relevance to this thread and will not be explained here.

Congratulations Azeem 81,
Can you please tell me what documents you sent them. I have read all your posts and it's good to hear that finally you got visa. Please guide other people with your experience to immigration. Thanks

@azee,my case is in review with EU treaty rights department, just wondering if I ask EU treaty rights to put me under Chenchooliah, can they do this ?
One more question would Chenchooliah applies to everyone whoever exercised EU treaty rights at one stage even their stamps later recocked ?

Chenchooliah is to protect rights of Eu spouse. If there is allegation that marriage is fake, you won’t be considered for Chenchooliah . You should try to prove your marriage is genuine.
That is my understanding and can be wrong

Why would they consider you under the judgement of Chenchooliah once they are suspecting you of fraud? Chenchooliah is another legal judgement, nothing to do with the suspects of marriage of convenience matters.
