Hi all,

I am in extreme depression, can someone pls confirm if anyone you know has EU fam visa revoked based on marriage of convenience and then he/she got letter that his case will be considered under chenchooliah,

Why would they consider you under the judgement of Chenchooliah once they are suspecting you of fraud? Chenchooliah is another legal judgement, nothing to do with the suspects of marriage of convenience matters.

I saw one letter myself where inis put a person under chenchooliah even they have mentioned the highly dubous nature of marriage in that letter

The scheme is for undocumented.
Deportation orders, marriage of convenience cases. Review cases. People waiting for ages for an answer etc etc.
Are all these people also classified as undocumented?
Someone with an adverse immigration history, e.g: documents found to be forged, proven sham marriage. Would this also be considered by the minister? Would the slate be wiped clean and start fresh over everything?
Stay strong & never Give up!
