Child Citizenship Query

Hi All

My child is born in Ireland and now have 5 year residency.I want to apply for Child Citizenship

Do I need to wait for my approval (My application is prepared but not submitted to minister yet) or I can apply on 5 year basis.

Which one is fast form-9 or form 11.

I will submit form-9 When I will get approval hopefully in 30 Sept 2019 or form 11 on 5 year basis can submit any time.

When is your child born in Ireland? recently or before you become stamp4?
Child is eligible for Irish citizen by birth with certain condition of your stamps in Ireland. If your child is not eligible then, you need to wait till one of your child parent become Irish citizen to apply for your child naturalization .

My child is not eligible for citizenship by birth.
Now my child is 5 year old and I m planning to apply on either form 11 or form 9.
As my citizenship application is in progress so I have to wait until sept cermony to apply on form 9.
As child has already completed 5 years so I can apply on form 11.
I m confused which one is fast form 11 or form 9. Do I need to wait till September to apply on form 9 or I can apply now on form 11.
