Received an e-vetting form a couple of weeks back. Signed and sent it back the very same day. No news since then.

Any update so far?

Nope.. you just fill the form and sign it and send back to the undersigned in justice dept. They will apply it on your behalf

I've sent them email and post earlier about my first evetting letter which they said they didn't received after 2 months, they have sent another email to my solicitor to submit a new one when she force them for decision, we submitted it 2 weeks ago no news yet however they acknowledge the first evetting letter whic is a mystery

All I saw is a time delaying tactics.

Any news from one they received link? Or post vetting updates?

Yeah it seems so smilemee because, I figure it out about 5 weeks in total since nvb submission online, positive result appears, the best bit is after 2017 I start seeing approvals for refugees.

Keep me posted please when you get your decision

If you declared them in the application, it's ok.
If you did not declare, then there will be a problem. They may show up on the vetting disclosure.

Then I would not worry about it, as long as it's something very serious.

I would advise to declare it as if it comes on the vetting disclosure they would say why didn't you tell us, atleast if you disclose they can't come back and say your actions were dishonest

There is nonoption to disclose anything despite court appearance and convictions. Just disclose it and that should not be a problem .. it happens once in a life time .. its not being judged as bad character

I was requested to submit an eVetting form at the beginning of June. Folks are writing that they are receiving a link from Garda shortly after and then receiving approvals. But there was no action on my application--no follow ups on eVetting, no approval.

If my memory serves me right I believe there is box on form 8 where they say if there is an offence committed by the applicant kindly disclose it, if you got the points after the application there is no harm in informing them
