Hi all. Is it okay to send scanned e-vetting form withy details or it has to be original and hard copy required by the department?

You need to send them the form physically via post including copy of your photo ID.

I received the invitation through my solicitor. Is it okay to send scanned vetting form with my details and ID via e-mail to the solicitor so he can print it and send via post?

Sure or you can do it yourself also.

Solicitor sent the warning letter and was told they're going to revert with final decision in 3 months after they've carried out a final background check. What's meant by this other than garda vetting? Is there anything else regarded as background check?

It might take up to a month to receive the link apparently. Your options are waiting or sending an email and asking to citizenshipinfo but they will most likely tell you that soon you will get it. Meantime don't forget to check your spam box.

I applied in early November 2021 and got the e-vetting form in the post on 25th of Sep 2022. I sent it back the next day, but have not received the email link. Are there any people here still waiting on their link?
I emailed the immigration, but they just said I will received the link in due course. So not helpful. Hopefully my application will not be cancelled as it is coming close to 28 days deadline and not sure they got the form.
Did you receive your email with the link?

Hello everyone, any approval this week? I went through Evetting about 2 months ago and now I have no information at all, thank you
my vetting closure on 29th of April, no approval come to me yet. how about you now?hear anything from them?
I got the evetting viewed on the 10th of April and I havent got the approval yet :( . I assume they are now focusing on sending the ceremony invitations for the ones that paid before the 26th of May.
Anyways we wont be able to get the cert anytime before next ceremony on December , the process is sooo slow.
My sister who lives in Germany got her cert 3 months after the application.
Have you got your approval yet? i m still waitting for mine.

Hello,

Is there anyone who got approval from CMU4. I applied in January 2021 based on stamps (1-4).
Got the acknowledgement in February 2021. Then received the Garda e-vetting request in April 2022. I completed the e-vetting process and the E-vetting disclosure was made on 10th May 2022. After this there is complete silence and I heard nothing. Now I started to get worried as I see people who applied after me they already got the approval and some even got the passport. Should I contact the department or should I wait and is there anything to worry about? Thanks in advance
Applied in April 2012 based on stamps 1-4, non-EU. Completed my e-vetting and exposed to INIS on April 26, 2022. Then no any updates. It should not be because of the result of e-vetting as I did an e-vetting for taking a volunteer work three years ago. My application is being processed by CMU2.
my e vetting closure on April 2022, I still not get my approval yet, have you got your approval?

Give it a time up to a month then send them an email.

So why can you not simply post your question once and wait for a response when someone is willing to respond!! The forum is not an on demand service. People respond when and if they can choose to.
