Thank you very much , any idea about Egypt ? European countries?
European (particularly EU) have data sharing arrangements in place. You’d need to check the data sharing arrangements for Egypt.

Hello everyone. I submitted my answers to the e-vetting invitation on 22 May. I have heard nothing since. I need to go away and I have read that if you do not respond to the second email within 28 days od receiving it, then your entire application is cancelled. So I am asking, when you get the second email, exactly what documents do I need to submit and what questions need to be answered? Would someone help please? I first applied early last year and I cannot afford to make any mistakes and go back to the beginning. Thank you for helping. I am grateful.
Hi All

I dont know if anyone who submitted the evetting invitation on the 22nd of May is still waiting for the next step ? Its now a month and I have not received anything... i am an early 22 applicant and I am getting a little frustrated.

Yes a number of us are still waiting from the same invitation date. I have a thread going on this topic for those of us waiting.

Hello there. I applied to citizenship in early 2022 and completed the e-vetting invitation in late May. I have not received the second email to do the e-vetting with the guards. I understand that part of the garda process means you have to supply every address at which you've lived since birth. I have moved many, many times, and simply cannot remember all of these addresses. I have made a list of what I can remember. Please, would someone tell me if you have to give the flat and house number for each address? Also, do you need to list the exact dates of when you started to live at an address and when you left. This is driving me crazy. Would someone help please? Many thanks, Mary

if you can not remember some addresses and you have moved so many times period of times,
I think you can list the longest-lived addresses.
in my opinion, they are more looking at your criminal history rather than addressing history.
as long as you are clean then there is no need to worry

Hi All

Just want to understand for those who received the evetting email invitation and completed it last week whether anyone has received the next steps from gardai for the actual evetting.

Series of events as follows:

22 May - Invitation received
22 May - Invitation completed
23 May - Invitation received confirmation

has anyone progressed further ?
Also no progress. My spouse recieved invitation the same day and recieved confirmation on the 23rd.
johndonut, I have seen in the timeline you are still waiting. We were in a similar situation. My spouse has sent an email a couple of weeks ago and received the e-vetting invitation the same day. Today we both received the confirmation email that e-vetting request now forwarded to NBV. I think all 2022 applicants was supposed to receive invitation on 22nd May so would be good to send them an email to ask if you didn't yet.

Did anyone receive an invite to pay for naturalization certificate after completion and submission of garda vetting? I am asking for someone who only submitted an application in Feb 2023, received a garda invite in march and asked to pay the €950 in July?
Concerns that this might have been a hack by fraudsters. Would be contacting the ISD in due course but just asking if anyone had same experience. The individual is overdue in applying and a member of an household who all recently got naturalised. But surely a quick one.

You can see there have been a number from the 2023 application timeline:

ireland/2023-citizenship-applications-t ... 34775.html

The Minister also confirmed some 2023 applications were put through the new version of the process to check it worked.
