Email from Citizenship Division regarding Citizenship Application for children

Dear Members, I need your help in the following matter.
I applied for my children's citizenship in April 2022 and received the acknowledgement for all of them in May 2022. I emailed them about the progress of the application. I have just received the reply where it is stated that “Please note you will be hearing from our office in due course in regard to your applications.” What does that effectively mean? Have they decided on the application or it is just a routine reply? Please comment.

Routine reply. Basically, "we'll let you know at some point".
