The repatriation unit took a few weeks. They were also aware of my refused EuFam application. My EuFam application was not based on marriage but on the basis of being a qualified family member of an EU citizen.
You can write to them. However, I think you have to be fully refused by the Department and then they forward your file to the repatriation dept for deportation. In my case, I was fighting the EU treaty rights refusal in court. Otherwise you have to contact the Department itself because repatriation unit wouldn’t have your file.
just one more question.. did they gave you option to submit the EU4 form... OR after refusal they directly move your case repatriation department??ch123 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 17, 2021 6:22 pmI was in a similar situation where my EUFam application was refused and sent to repatriation department. However, the Department was kind enough to grant me temporary stamp 2 to complete my education. When that permission was about to expire, I wrote to the repatriation department again to grant me some sort of stamp to take up an employment offer. They gave me temp stamp 1 and asked me to apply for EP which I did and successfully acquired. I suggest that if you write to repatriation dept and cite your circumstances, state that you have job offer ( which I assume you do since you are looking to apply for an EP), they might be able to help you.
