It is very early days to expect a response. It may take up to 8 weeks to receive a reply.

As long as you have proof that you applied (e.g. a tracking number for the letter) you are okay, even if the temporary stamp on your passport expires. I was told that explicitly by the treaty rights division and the local Garda.

Just hold on, they are very slow I'm afraid.

No one get to know exact decision date for any kind of visa. Most probably decision will be made by the date they have stated in letter however sometimes it may take longer in exceptional circumstances

It is usually on the letter accompanying the stamp 4 letter. It states "your expected decision date is" .

Well in the absence of a date, you should calculate 6 months from the date they acknowledged receipt of your application.

My question was similar to yours and this was the replied of EU treaty right office.

I wish to acknowledge receipt of your email. No this will not affect your
Stamp4EUFam, as long as your wife continues working and if this is to
change that you update us of this change.
She must continue to work even if its part-time or she can go to part-school but she must be exercising her right

Just send a message to EU treaty right
Because they will defiantly question what has your EU spouse doing for the past 5 years.
When Stamp4EUFam expires, just refresh again
