EU Treaty Rights Email Responses

Post by mejhia » Fri Aug 27, 2021 8:24 am

Hello,

I'm at a loss at what to do because the only way to contact the EU Treaty Rights division is via email. However, they are not answering emails? Or at least, not my emails.

I've been trying to get in contact with them about an emergency matter from the beginning of August but I am not receving any replies.

Is there anyone who has also been trying to get in contact with the department and has managed to do so? Or anyone who is experiencing the same thing I am?

They are usually quick to respond. They normally do so in under a week.

As others have said, they are probably one of the fastest team to respond within INIS.
Are you using the correct email address? And what email title/contents did you put in your email?

I was sending my emails to Eutreatyrights@justice.ie

I finally got a response after waiting a while. Not the 24-48 hours like most people say.
