EU3 Application 2021 (Via Email) : Non-EU Dependent of UK Citizen

Hi All,

I have couple of questions please:

1. As I will be applying via email as per the new arrangement, for two passport size photographs, I suppose we can attach two PNG files?

2. Guidelines says one can apply after 5 years of continuous residence. So does the residency starts from the time the application entered the country or from when he/she received Stamp 4 letter or Stamp 4 on passport?

1. Since you’re providing electronic documents, I think one photo is sufficient. They can print twice if required. However, there’s no harm in sending 2 photographs if you choose to do so.

2. The letter sent when granting the EUFAM card states:
“When applying for the Permanent Residence card at the end of this five year period, you are advised to submit an application six months before the expiry date of your Residence Card.”
I would apply 6 months before your EUFAM/WAB card expires.

I just emailed them and asked them, waiting for their reply
my email attachment is nearly20MB now which does not fit in yahoo mail.
also to scan the picture, I don't know how that one does it work?

Tugii20, you can take a picture on your phone (Passport Size standard) and attach the picture. Attach only the documents requested.

Submitted application today via email. Will update the timeline once I receive any update.
