Eu3 approved but how to apply next?

Good afternoon everyone
Last week I received my Eu3 approved letter from Minister for Justice and Equality. I applied on Feb 2020 and got temporary stamp4 for 6 months which expired on August 2020. On my letter it says we both must report to the registration office to obtain my Permanent Residence Card but on the website it says I have to do it online. I am bit confuse on what to do next?
I tried calling them and emailed them but no answer back and which stamp I'm applying now?
0, 1, 1A, 1G, ,2A, 34, 4S, 4 Eufam, 5

My understanding is doesn't one needs to make an online appointment (when available after lockdown) to get the PR Stamp in person at Burg Quay office for Dublin City/Country residents?

I know people who reside outside Dublin County, need to go with thier EU Citizen to their respective Garda Station to get their PR stamped.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

If you live in Dublin, you need to use the website above.
If you live outside of Dublin, you should contact your local Garda station where you would normally register and receive your GNIB/IRP card. There is usually a dedicated email address or phone number on the Garda website.
