Falsely accused and banned for 5 years

Post by Muralijayagopi » Sat Feb 03, 2024 6:20 pm

This is xxxxxx from Chennai, India. I have chosen to pursue my master's degree in Dublin, Ireland. I applied for a student visa by December 7th, 2023, and on January 31st, 2024, I was surprised to find that my visa had been refused with no right to appeal. The Ireland embassy falsely accused me of document authenticity issues.

The refusal letter stated, "In support of your application, you have submitted documents purporting to be from xxxx Consultancy Services, which has been confirmed to be fraudulent. Your visa application is hereby refused, with no right of appeal, and you are banned from making further applications for a period of five years from the date of this letter."

Documents related to employment that I submitted while applying visa include payslips for October, November, and December, as well as the offer letter. which have been accused of being fraudulent.

I am an IT professional who joined xxxx Consultancy Services on 10/06/2021, with 2.6 years of work experience. I resigned from my position on January 9th, 2024. I have enough proofs to prove my authenticity such as, Service certificate, Release letter, Full settlement letter, payslips. I Suscept there is some Mis-communication happened between Embassy and TCS.

I need to remove this imposed ban on me. Felling depressed and my well-being is majorly affected for past two days. My sincere hope is that no one else should find themselves in a similar situation.

If anyone has any idea. Kindly, help me out.

would be 2.5 years, as each year is 12 months, but anyway.

What do you mean by "offer letter"? Does your company offer to sponsor your course?
Did you apply on the basis of staying with hte company while your degree is in progress?
And when does your chosen course start?

Hi,

If you are very sure you are clean, all what you can do now is write a cover letter explaining the situation, add your refusal letter and then all other documents to prove your case.

Send this to the embassy you applied to and then if possible email the Dublin visa office since they are the ones who approve long stay visas.
