Tracker is fully green but still processing ,chat and ring them they said need to validate by someone then will go on printing.it might take couple weeks more

Finally it started showing printing again chat with customer service today I told them I have travelnext week my father in law is sick he said he will put alert estimate issue 20 July . This afternoon it is coming printing at 3:20pm
