Foreign Births Register - Mother Adopted

My 'Grandad' was born in Ireland but moved to the England in his 20's.
He Married my Gran and adopted my Mother, (UK Adoption certificates)

Would this UK Adoption Certificate be valid in Ireland for the purpose of registering my details on the foreign births register?
