GNIB CARD RENEWAL

Hi everyone
I have been trying almost a week to make an appointment for a gnib card renewal by online but in the last couple of days i was not able to choose an appropriate date for an appointment due to the absence of active date buttons. Today i could see a date where i was able to press it but unfortunately it is not happening anything, the button stays pressed and no appointment date is issued.
I rang immigration office but thay are keep telling me to try more and more.
If anyone knows about this issue please let me know how can i deal with.

Go to play store in Android and download an app GNIB & Visa, this will let you find and book slots, I recently booked both GNIB and Visa appointments for my wife. I was able to book dates for the day after tomorrow. you can setup notifications as well, the app will tell you when there are empty slots available for booking.
