How do you prove an EUTR1A relationship

What are some varied examples of proof of relationship and residing together.

we met online and like all dating apps user names are not our real names.
would food delivery receipts be address proof (my name common address)? 2 every month
chats from messenger and WhatsApp ?
chats with my friend where my partner is mentioned.
Steam account my partner bought to play games together ?
Amazon receipts gifts I ordered for partner on Christmas and Valentines... but they have only name (for surprise reasons)
cake they ordered on my bday
few movies we went for I booked them online and forwarded the tickets to my partner
banks statements (we don't have our names together but address is same)
we have very few pictures together. dont have names on lease

Some solid proof of relationship if you met online are;

*Proof of travel or holidays together( flight tickets, hotel bookings, tour vouchers)
*Social app messages / normal phone messages and calls logs between the both of you) provide in each year 2 (2 from the beginning of the month and 2 at the end of each year)
* Visits from one of you
***Proof you lived together for sometime(This carries alot of advantage for partner applications)

Been together for 4 years now. we get all posts (revenue, bank statements, GP letters) at same address. Even the job offer letter are at same address (2 different jobs for both of us). We live together but we don't have names on lease together but as mentioned get different documents at same address.

as for relationship....we have few photos not many (i have high anxiety so rarely take photos and avoid travel) we have few pictures of us at different places in Ireland while we were hiking (usually there are other people in the group) and membership of hiking group from mountaineering Ireland both of with names and same address. the few photos we have are celebrating festivals from my culture and their culture (which I think might be good) Social media chats and logs could easily be presented (2 + 2 conversations start + end for year... i,e 24 conversations at least) We also go out on our anniversary (chats of that available)

Sorry if this too much and confusing but I am really anxious (as mentioned) and scared.
