Indian PhD student - bringing spouse to ireland

My fiance has been granted admission to UCD for PhD which starts this september. Our wedding is scheduled in August of this year and I intend to join her in Ireland after the wedding. I would like to know under which visa category I fall into and the procedure I have to go through. How easy or difficult it is to get the visa?
Also, I would be funding her PhD, so would that have any bearing on the visa process, negatively or positively?
