You will get stamp 4 and now a days minister is taking upto 6 months after the positive recommendation to issue you a declaration.
My one friend got the declaration after 5 months and 1 got after 2 months.

I was denied refugee and subsidiary protection but I have a stamp 4 from. My marriage to an Irish National.
Does anyone know How long does It take before they give me back my passport since I was denied?

I am not going to appeal because I already have a stamp 4 for being married to an Irish national. I just need my passport back and wonder how long will it take until they send it to me.

Do you know that they won't send the declaration in the post.
You will be called to attend a ceremony there they will give the declarations.
