Let assume we go to court and file a complaint against all this what do you think the court will do pick up the phone and call the irish embassy and say why are you delaying the application. They are all in the same boat my friend. In these 15 months i have been everywhere wasted lots of money more then i spent on a fees of this stupid visa. I even went to tell them i will take back my passport and will cancelled the application and they smiled at me and said can you give that in writing. It was 1st November and then 11th November. I am 100% sure when 11th comes it will go further or something else might happen.

This is a forum for immigration issues and this topic is simply about spouse visa processing time.
Not the whys and wherefores of Irish immigration policy and the treatment or non-treatment of certain categories of applications.

I started this thread and i am leaving this thread for good. Try to help yourself out of all this what is going on with your visa and things. Goodbye. You will not hear or see me again. I will delete my account from this website aswell.
