but the GP i joint in 2015 was closed in 2018. then i joint another GP in 2019 till now.
so i have taken letter from current GP for 2019 and 2020 , but I dont have record of GP from 2015 to 2018. and he is not even responding any phone call or email.
Can some one advise me , what should i do.
Write them a letter and explain this. Give the name and phone number of your former GP. The may contact them to confirm that you were indeed registered with them back then.
