Irish Green card Criteria

Hi All!!

I am a recent Non EU graduate and looking to apply for an Irish green card. There is a list provided on DEJI website with occupations eligible to apply for Green card.
Can you please tell me about Planning and Quality control Title.
Because there is no such job title as planning and quality control. It has to be Planner or Quality Controller?

Secondly, These job titles are for a specific Industry sector e.g ; construction are these are general and can be from any Industry sector?

If the job is not matching DETE designation and the sector in which it is allowed they will refuse the application imo. For e.g. IT admin working for a retailer will be refused whereas IT admin for software house/telecom firm will not.
