Isd online portal error

I am trying to pay €950 for naturalisation registration.
I am able to fill in the details but there is a section where we must upload photos which are
Passport photo
Passport biometrics page
Irp card photo

All must be in jpg format.

My photos are all in jpg format but everytime i try to upload photos it gives me an error
[ Object Xml HTTP Request]

I tried to use 2 different laptops and i aldo tried 3 different browsers but nothing is working.

Has anyone successfully used the online portal and uploaded photos please me know or help me understand what i am doing wrong

I had a similar problem too. Tried 4 or 5 times or more. I thought it was my .PDFs

In the end, I just tried again and it worked.

Try deleting your form and start a new form, re-entering the info.

I was using a MacBook and tried safari and Firefox.

Hi it was a website server error. It worked on Monday.


I made a mistake that i didn't see the photo requirements. It should not be less than 715 x 951 and the picture that i uploaded is 541 x 600.

Do you think this will be a problem , isd online system is very slow. I Don't want to loose the upcoming ceremony just because of this.
Is there something i can do about it ?

Just wait and relax if it not suitable - they notify you

How long do they take to process and request new documents in case ?
I beleive its a lengthy process which can upto 12 weeks ?

Has anyone experienced more documents requested by isd or re uploading?

Has anyone received only an "OK" in top left corner of web page after clicking submit for the online payment of €950? The payment is not going through, it is not progressing to the page confirming payment for me to print. It simply has the OK on screen...

sorry, wee bit anxious...even though page said "ok" and never updated i received an email confirming payment was received.

yup, got the same today, it is seems it is the norm.
