Hi there,

I am on Spouse Visa in Uk and working in IT Sector. I want to work for Dell Ireland. Am I eligible for work or do i need work permit.

You need a suitable permit, sorry. The Republic of Ireland is a different country.

However, your wife could sponsor you for the Irish equivalent of an EEA Family Permit which would give you work rights.

The Irish immigration system is a mess, so be careful.

Also think hard about the fact that if you move to Ireland you can forget about getting British citizenship and it will be many years before you will be eligible for Irish citizenship.
